On June 28th, Structure Tone brought members of our Rotational Project Engineer (RPE) team to interior glass wall provider MetroWall, located just outside New York City in Congers, NY. The visit was part of our Rotational Project Engineer program, which is designed to provide professionals within the program training in safety, document control, scheduling, estimating, project management, among other skills. The program provides a well-rounded understanding of our business, while also helping them choose which job function fits them the best before they ultimately get placed in Operations or Estimating.
MetroWall was a logical choice for an RPE tour. Structure Tone has worked with MetroWall on various projects over the years including the installation of over 10 miles of glass wall partitions at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ and more recently at Newport Tower in Jersey City, NJ.
“We were excited to have the RPE program visit our headquarters,” stated MetroWall General Manager Jared Scott. “As a leader in glass wall interiors, we have a shared goal with Structure Tone to deliver bold outcomes for our clients. We work very well with their team and our collaborations have delivered exceptional results.”
In addition to gaining more insight into MetroWall’s integrated process, the team also gained a deeper understanding of how MetroWall’s products are sourced, manufactured, and installed.
“MetroWall does a great job,” said Mike Farrell, Regional Vice President at Structure Tone. “It was nice getting a behind the scenes look at their operation and learning more about the custom solutions they are providing to other clients.”
